Biography

Patrick Madigan is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Stephen P. Palmese, Vice Chairman, focusing on investment sales in Downtown Brooklyn’s market including Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, DUMBO, Fort Greene and Prospect Heights.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Patrick was a Community Liaison for New York State Senator Liz Krueger in New York, New York. In this role, he researched, tracked, and advised Senator Krueger on transportation, sanitation, and public utilities policy. He served as the representative between Senator Krueger and the Community District 8 territory. Patrick also tracked and managed community support or opposition in public matters, worked on an array of land use related projects, corresponded daily with managers of City and State agencies, and regularly represented and spoke on behalf of Senator Krueger at events and meetings. Earlier, he worked in varying capacities for Senator Krueger’s Re-election campaign, the Nassau County Board of Elections, County Legislator Joe Scannell’s Re-election campaign, and Mayor Bloomberg’s Re-election campaign.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marymount Manhattan College, where he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honors Society. He was elected and served of President, Vice President, and Class Senator of the Student Government.
