Nick Mahedy joined Massey Knakal’s Brooklyn division as Director of Sales focusing on Brooklyn’s Ditmas Park, Flatbush, Kensington, Midwood, and Ocean Parkway neighborhoods.
Nick comes to Massey Knakal with over 10 years of successful experience in contracting and brokerage. He is a New York City licensed home improvement contractor. Most recently, Nick was a real estate salesperson at The Corcoran Group in Brooklyn.
Prior to Corcoran, Nick developed residential real estate. He identified suitable properties, solicited investors, secured debt and construction financing, negotiated the purchase of buildings, and managed the development process to maximize return.
Earlier, he founded and ran Mahedy General Contracting. His most notable project was renovating a 6,000 square foot townhouse into a four unit condominium building.
Nick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Boston University and a Masters of Science degree in Management of Technology from Polytechnic Institute of New York University in Brooklyn, New York.
