Michael Schneider joined Massey Knakal Realty Services as First Vice President of Sales exclusively covering Staten Island.
Michael comes to Massey Knakal with over 12 years of successful experience in land development, residential and commercial real estate, and construction. He is a member of the Board of Realtors in Staten Island and Brooklyn.
Michael founded Best Homes Real Estate in Staten Island where he developed and managed all aspects of his full-service real estate brokerage. He recruited and trained over 80 agents, brokers, and administrative personnel. Michael acquired, negotiated, and sold over 1,000 residential, commercial, and land properties totaling over $250 million.
Prior to founding Best Homes Real Estate, Michael started Clifton State Plumbing and Heating Supply. He sold plumbing and heating supplies to tradesman, consumers, and industrial accounts. He managed inside and outside sales teams, conducted all inventory and bookkeeping, and led all warehouse operations.
Michael joined the Unites States Marine Corps after high school and was discharged with Honorable Merit.
He received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Building and Construction Sciences at Pratt University.
