Leica Meliton joined Massey Knakal’s Manhattan’s office as an Administrative and Social Media Assistant to Chairman and Founding Partner Robert Knakal.
Ms. Meliton is a graduate of the University of Buffalo where she earned her Bachelors Degree in English with a minor in Sociology. Most recently, Ms. Meliton was an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Gumbo Entertainment. Not only did she handle the office’s daily operations and correspond with authors, literary agents, and publishing editors, but she also wrote weekly book reviews and managed the online marketing campaigns of several authors.
Prior to this, Ms. Meliton held the role of Marketing Intern at The Continuum International Publishing Group Inc. At Continuum, she learned about the traditional side of marketing, while managing extensive mailing lists and editing catalogues and book reviews.
