Josh Lipton joined Massey Knakal as First Vice President of Sales focusing on West Harlem.
Most recently, Josh was a Senior Associate at the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP where he worked since 2002 in both its New York and Moscow offices. His legal practice focused on equity capital markets transactions representing both issuers and underwriters in initial and secondary offerings. Additionally, he has represented companies in connection with complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to this role, Josh worked at First Winthrop Corporation where he reviewed commercial leases and prepared lease abstracts.
Earlier, Josh was a Sales Manager at Froesch, a large international transportation company. His responsibilities included increasing sales of international and local moves for clients such as Nestlé and Rhone-Poulenc.
Josh graduated magna cum laude from both Boston College Law School and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy where he earned a JD and a Masters Degree, respectively. Additionally, he graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a B.A. in International Relations where he was also a member of the Division 1 Wrestling Team.
