Ed Gevinski joined the Brooklyn office as a Director of Sales in 2007. He originally joined Massey Knakal the year before, assisting Director of Sales Clint Olsen in the Midtown East section of Manhattan. He handled opinions of value, assisted in determining asking prices and revamped a comprehensive client and property database. He now exclusively covers the Bergen Beach, Brownsville, Canarsie, Cypress Hills, East Flatbush, East New York, Flatlands, Marine Park, Mill Basin, New Lots, and Ocean Hill neighborhoods.
Prior to joining Massey Knakal Mr. Gevinski was a Teacher at Lawndale High School in Los Angeles, where he taught math, earth science, biology and physical education. During that time he was also the high school football coach, track coach and junior varsity baseball coach.
Mr. Gevinski played football at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, then transferred to the State University of New York College at Cortland, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. During college he acted as an umpire, coached high school baseball and during summers, managed a restaurant.
