Dylan Murphy joined Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services as a Director of Retail Leasing. He specializes in Manhattan’s Midtown West/Clinton neighborhood.
A native New Yorker, Dylan was born and raised on Manhattan’s West Side and has spent nearly his entire life both living and working in the area. He comes to Massey Knakal with more than 18 years of sales experience. Most recently, Dylan was a Senior Associate Salesperson at Citi Habitats where he built a small team of leasing agents with a focus on the West Side of Manhattan. With experience in residential as well as retail leasing, Dylan has closed more than 200 leasing transactions and received the Platinum Award three times for closing more than 50 transactions in one year
Before starting his career in real estate, Dylan was a personal trainer for seven years at Crunch Fitness on the Upper West Side. After beginning as a membership sales rep, he built a large personal training business, consistently ranking in the top 25 nationwide and selling more than $1 million in training sessions.
Dylan attended SUNY Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York and Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. He also received his Real Estate Salesperson license from the New York Real Estate Institute.
