David Chkheidze joined Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services as Director of Retail Leasing specializing in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. In 2011, David received Massey Knakal’s First Annual Rookie of the Year award. In 2012 David received Massey Knakal’s Annual Charitable Foundation Award for Making a Difference.
David received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Georgian State University in Tbilisi, Georgia. Following Georgian State, David completed a two-year management program at Cornell University.
David comes to Massey Knakal with over eight years of real estate experience. Most recently, at Manhattan Spaces, David was a commercial leasing agent focusing on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Upper East Side and East Village. Prior to this role, he was a rental broker at Citi-Habitats and In Town Realty LLC.
Before joining Citi-Habitats, David moved back to Georgia where he managed a 10-story, 24-unit construction project from the ground up.
Additionally, David has represented landlords, owners and tenants, handled investment sales, and worked with dozens of commercial banks.
