Clint began his real estate career with Massey Knakal in 2002, working in the Chelsea/Greenwich Village territory. He has since taken on the Midtown East territory.
During his time at Massey Knakal, Clint has been involved in the sale of properties with an aggregate value of more than $350,000,000 and has handled the marketing of over 100 properties on an exclusive basis. He has been recognized by Real Estate Weekly as one of New York City’s “Rising Stars” in 2007, and received the Massey Knakal Richard Marchenko award in 2005. Clint is also a regular qualifier of the Massey Knakal Sales Trip, which recognizes the company’s top performers each year. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Real Estate Weekly.
Clint was born and raised on Long Island before graduating from Williams College. While at Williams, he was on the baseball and football teams and continues to remain active, particularly as a member of Massey Knakal’s corporate teams. He can be reached in the Manhattan office at 212.696.2500 x7747.
