Brett Weisblum



Brett Weisblum is an Associate Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Thomas D. Gammino Jr., Executive Director, focusing on investment sales in Manhattan’s Carnegie Hill, Upper East Side, and Yorkville neighborhoods. To date, he has assisted in the sale of 82 properties across all product types for aggregate consideration totaling approximately $750 million. Previously, he was an Associate Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014.

Brett began his Real Estate career at Massey Knakal in 2010 as an intern for Tom Gammino focusing on Carnegie Hill, the Upper East Side, and Yorkville. In 2012, his team was fourth overall in revenue and he was promoted to Senior Associate due to his participation in the sale of 27 buildings having aggregate consideration totaling over $265 million dollars.

Earlier, Brett was a legal assistant at a law office in Manhattan where he assisted with the day-to-day- activities of the firm. Earlier, Brett was a stock analyst at Hudson Securities in Jersey City. In this role, Brett mastered the Bloomberg System Software and performed analytical and technical research for multiple companies and stocks including Yahoo, General Motors and Anheuser-Busch.

A graduate of the University of Albany, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Business. During his junior year, he studied abroad at Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel for six months.
