Morris Heights is a neighborhood located in the Bronx (part of Bronx Community Board 5) bordering Mount Hope.
Alternately known as West Tremont, this rental-heavy area is home to a number of five and six-story apartment buildings housing residents. Though traditionally a residential neighborhood, the availability of vacant lots and buildings make it an attractive area for commercial development.
